Subscription, Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Policy explains the subscription, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules for paid Connect plans.
Purpose
This Policy explains the subscription, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules for paid Connect plans.
It forms part of the Connect Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing a Paid Plan, you agree to this Policy.
Service Provider
Paid Connect subscriptions are provided by:

Free Plans
Connect may offer a Free Plan with limited features, users, digital business cards, QR codes, documents, storage, analytics, or customization.
No payment is required for a Free Plan unless you choose to upgrade.
We may change Free Plan features or limits after providing reasonable notice where practicable.
Paid Plans
Paid Plan pricing, included features, usage limits, billing frequency, and applicable restrictions will be displayed before purchase.
Paid Plans may be offered:
- Monthly.
- Quarterly.
- Annually.
- For another stated subscription period.
- On a custom enterprise basis.
- The plan selected at checkout or in an executed order form determines the applicable commercial terms.
Prices
Prices will be displayed in the currency stated at checkout.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Prices exclude applicable taxes.
- Prices apply only to the stated billing period.
- Discounts do not continue after the promotional term.
- Additional users, storage, QR codes, documents, or other usage may incur additional charges.
- Custom services are not included in standard subscription fees.
- Before payment, Customers should be shown the total price payable, including applicable taxes and disclosed charges.
VAT and Invoicing
Applicable value-added tax will be added where required by Saudi law.
Customers must provide accurate billing and tax information.
Invoices may be issued electronically and made available through:
- Email.
- The Customer account.
- The payment provider.
- Another disclosed electronic method.
- The Customer is responsible for downloading and retaining invoices.
Payment Authorization
By providing a payment method, you:
- Confirm that you are authorized to use it.
- Authorize us and our payment provider to charge applicable fees.
- Authorize recurring charges where automatic renewal applies.
- Confirm that billing information is accurate.
- Agree to update expired or invalid payment information.
- Payment details may be processed by an independent payment provider subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
Billing in Advance
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period.
Subscription access begins after:
- Successful payment.
- Approval of an authorized purchase order, where accepted.
- Activation under an enterprise agreement.
- Another agreed activation event.
Automatic Renewal
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, Paid Plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
The renewal period will normally match the previous billing period.
You authorize collection of the renewal charge using the payment method on file.
To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel before the renewal date.
Where required by applicable law, we may send a renewal notice before charging.
Renewal Pricing
A subscription renews at the price applicable on the renewal date unless:
- A fixed price was guaranteed in writing.
- A signed order form states otherwise.
- Mandatory law requires a different arrangement.
- We may change subscription prices by providing reasonable advance notice.
- If you do not agree with a price change, you must cancel before the new price takes effect.
Failed Payments
If payment fails, we may:
- Retry the payment method.
- Ask you to update payment information.
- Restrict Paid Plan features.
- Downgrade the account.
- Suspend access.
- Terminate the subscription.
- Recover overdue amounts and reasonable collection costs where lawful.
- We may provide a limited grace period, but are not obligated to do so unless required by law or contract.
Upgrades
An upgrade may take effect immediately.
Where an upgrade occurs during a billing period:
- A prorated charge may apply.
- The new plan’s limits may become available immediately.
- The renewal date may remain unchanged or be reset, as disclosed during the upgrade.
- The applicable amount will be displayed before confirmation where technically available.
Downgrades
A downgrade will normally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
After downgrade:
- Features may become unavailable.
- User limits may decrease.
- Storage limits may decrease.
- Branding or analytics features may be removed.
- Excess content may need to be deleted or exported.
- Public links, QR codes, or documents may be restricted.
- You are responsible for exporting data and reducing usage before a downgrade becomes effective.
- We may delete or restrict data exceeding the downgraded plan’s limits after reasonable notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel a Paid Plan through the account settings, where available, or by contacting info@tadeed.com.
A cancellation request should include:
- Account email.
- Customer or organization name.
- Subscription plan.
- Reason for cancellation, where voluntarily provided.
- Information reasonably required to verify authority.
- Cancellation stops future automatic renewal but does not normally reverse a charge already completed.
Access After Cancellation
Unless otherwise required by law or stated at purchase:
- The Paid Plan remains active until the end of the current paid period.
- No further recurring charge will be made after effective cancellation.
- The account may then move to a Free Plan, if available.
- Features exceeding Free Plan limits may be disabled.
- Data may be deleted according to our retention practices.
- QR codes, documents, or public profiles may stop working or become limited.
- Customers should export required data before the paid period ends.
General Refund Rule
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Policy, subscription fees are non-refundable once the relevant subscription period has started.
We do not ordinarily provide refunds or credits for:
- Change of mind.
- Failure to cancel before renewal.
- Partial use.
- Unused time.
- Inactive accounts.
- Features not used.
- Downgrades during a billing period.
- Account suspension caused by a breach.
- Inability to use the Service caused by unsupported equipment or third-party systems.
- This clause does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered where:
- A duplicate payment was charged.
- An incorrect amount was charged due to our billing error.
- Payment was taken after a cancellation became effective.
- The Customer was unable to access the material paid Service due to a verified fault attributable to Connect for a substantial continuous period.
- A refund is required under applicable law.
- We approve a refund as a commercial exception.
- A refund request does not guarantee approval.
Refund Requests
Refund requests should be submitted to info@tadeed.com without unreasonable delay and preferably within fourteen calendar days after the disputed charge.
The request should include:
- Account email.
- Customer name.
- Invoice or transaction reference.
- Payment date.
- Amount.
- Reason for the request.
- Supporting evidence.
- We may request additional information to verify the transaction and claimant.
Refund Review
We may consider:
- The reason for the request.
- Account activity.
- Service usage.
- Cancellation history.
- Technical logs.
- Payment-provider records.
- Whether the Customer breached the Terms.
- Applicable consumer law.
- Whether the issue was caused by Connect or a third party.
- We will communicate the outcome through the registered email address or another appropriate channel.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on:
- The payment provider.
- The issuing bank.
- The payment network.
- The Customer’s country.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by a financial institution after a refund has been submitted.
- Any non-refundable bank, payment, foreign-exchange, or third-party fees may be deducted where lawful and disclosed.
Promotional Plans and Discounts
Promotional pricing may:
- Apply only to the first billing period.
- Apply only to new Customers.
- Be limited to one redemption.
- Expire on a stated date.
- Require a promotional code.
- Exclude taxes or optional services.
- At the end of the promotional period, the subscription may renew at the then-current standard price disclosed to the Customer.
Trials
Trial duration and included features will be stated when offered.
Where payment information is required for a trial:
- The trial may convert to a Paid Plan automatically.
- The conversion date and price should be disclosed before activation.
- You must cancel before conversion to avoid a charge.
- Trial access may end immediately upon cancellation unless otherwise stated.
Credits
Promotional or service credits:
- Have no cash value.
- Cannot ordinarily be transferred.
- Cannot be exchanged for money.
- May expire.
- May apply only to specified services.
- May be revoked if obtained through fraud or abuse.
Custom and Enterprise Agreements
Custom, enterprise, reseller, implementation, or volume agreements may have separate terms covering:
- Payment schedules.
- Minimum commitments.
- User quantities.
- Renewal.
- Cancellation.
- Refunds.
- Service levels.
- Support.
- Data processing.
- Where a signed agreement conflicts with this Policy, the signed agreement controls to the extent of the specific conflict.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, Customers should contact us so we can investigate the issue.
Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension.
- Termination.
- Recovery of outstanding fees.
- Recovery of reasonable chargeback costs where lawful.
- Referral to the payment provider or relevant authority.
- Nothing prevents a Customer from exercising lawful payment-dispute rights.
Suspension for Non-Payment
Where payment remains overdue, we may:
- Suspend Paid Plan access.
- Restrict public links or QR-code functions.
- Prevent new uploads.
- Limit administrator functions.
- Downgrade the account.
- Delete data after providing legally required notice.
- Terminate the account.
- Suspension does not cancel amounts already owed.
Service Discontinuation
If we permanently discontinue a Paid Plan before the end of a prepaid period, we may provide one or more of the following, depending on the circumstances and applicable law:
- Continued access until the prepaid period ends.
- Migration to a comparable plan.
- Account credit.
- A prorated refund for the unused portion.
- This does not apply where access ends because of a Customer’s breach, unlawful activity, or non-payment.
Currency Conversion and Bank Charges
Your bank or payment provider may apply:
- Currency-conversion rates.
- Foreign-transaction fees.
- Bank charges.
- Payment-processing charges.
- Such charges are imposed by third parties and are not controlled by Connect.
Billing Errors
You must review invoices and notify us of a suspected billing error promptly.
Failure to report an error within a reasonable period may make investigation more difficult, but does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in:
- Pricing models.
- Payment providers.
- Legal requirements.
- Subscription features.
- Billing processes.
- Consumer-protection requirements.
- Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
- Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated through reasonable notice where required.
Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
